14-day right of withdrawal

Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receiving the goods.

To exercise this right, send a clear withdrawal statement to smokingtea.contact@gmail.com within that period.

Return the goods within 14 days after notifying us.

Customers pay the direct return shipping costs for ordinary withdrawals.

Items may be inspected and tried on as in a physical store. Customers are responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Refunds

We refund payments received, including standard outbound delivery costs where applicable, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice.

We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are returned or proof of return shipment is provided.

Refunds are made using the original payment method, without additional refund fees.

Faulty or incorrect goods

For goods that do not conform to the contract, consumers have statutory rights, including remedies under the minimum two-year legal guarantee.

Where we are legally responsible for the lack of conformity, return costs are covered by us.
