1. Products and orders
Products, sizes, materials and prices are described on their respective product pages.
Customers can review and correct their order details before submitting payment. Order confirmation is sent by email.
If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer and arrange reimbursement where applicable.
2. Prices and payment
Prices and applicable charges are displayed before purchase. The final total is shown at checkout.
Payments are processed through the available payment providers, including Shopify Payments and PayPal.
3. Delivery
Delivery destinations, costs and estimated times are provided in our Shipping Policy.
4. Withdrawal and complaints
Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and statutory rights concerning goods that do not conform to the contract.

Complaints can be sent to smokingtea.contact@gmail.com. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days.
Consumers may use applicable out-of-court dispute resolution procedures.
5. Applicable law
Polish law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights available under the applicable laws of the consumer's country of residence.
